On Hold - Ride Series will return in Fall 2021! - ROULE TOGETHER CHALLENGEĪs the world faces the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve decided to temporarily suspend our group rides in the interest of social distancing. Thank you to everybody who made this ride series a success - Series will return Summer of 2022!. We had a great time hosting this beginner-friendly road group ride all summer. Masks should be worn when not actively riding, ie: when chatting with folks before and after the ride, when eating, or when drinking. ROUTE: or similar follow your ride leader.ĮXPECTATIONS: Endless Summer Saturday rides have been VERY large in the past, and we'd love to see the Portland road cycling community show up in a big way again this year! With such a large group ride, and in often not awesome weather conditions, it is important to follow your group ride leader(s) instructions and their general pace, which may vary week to week given size of group, weather conditions, whether the Blazers won the night before in Double OT, etc. Plan for a 3-hour ride with regroups and inevitable punctures. Pace will be brisk with regrouping at tops of climbs and various points along the route. This ride is no-drop and open to everybody, regardless of what team you race with, or if you have a team at all.
